By accessing the 333ok website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use this platform.

These terms apply to all services provided through the 333ok platform — including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games and any related services. Additional terms may apply to specific promotional offers or bonuses, and these will be stated alongside the relevant offer.

To open an account on 333ok and take part in any casino or betting activity, users must be at least 21 years of age. 333ok reserves the right to verify the date of birth provided at registration, and a valid government-issued ID may be requested if needed.

The following individuals are not eligible to use this platform:

Each user may open only one account on 333ok. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any related bonuses and winnings will be voided.

3.1 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount or where unusual activity is detected, 333ok may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification. Transactions may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on 333ok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Every deposit and withdrawal is processed through secure encrypted channels.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process, though delays in identity verification may extend this time.

4.3 Transaction Cancellations

A deposit cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing starts — contact us via live chat for this.

All bonus offers on 333ok are subject to specific conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable only after the required wagering for that bonus has been completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — and a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳22,500, must be met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal request can be made. If wagering is not completed within the allotted time, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member uses multiple accounts to claim bonuses, provides false information, or attempts to circumvent bonus conditions, the relevant bonus and any accumulated winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.

All games and betting markets on 333ok are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game window.

6.1 Slots and Casino Games

The outcomes of slots, table games and live casino games are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 333ok reserves the right to void that round and return the bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports market results are determined by the official result of the relevant match. For cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL or T20 World Cup, the official scorecard is considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded, though different rules may apply depending on the market.

6.3 Multi Bets

In a multi bet, all selections must win for the full payout to be received. If one selection loses, the entire bet amount is lost.
